2008 Awards

West Press is pleased to announce winning a Gold, Silver, and Bronze award and the Gold award also won Best of Division at the recent PIAZ (Printing Industry of Arizona) 2008 competition. The Best of Division / Gold and Bronze pieces were designed by Louisa Albrecht, our Senior Designer.

Additionally, two of our co-workers were recognized at this year’s banquet. Bill Gilkinson primarily works in our Digital Department running our new Cannon ImagePRESS, but you can usually find him all–over our shop running this machine, or that machine. Pete Shenberger works in our Accounting Department and is responsible for making sure West Press’ financials are in order, not to mention payroll. He has never complained about his work and can often be found working odd hours, during weekends, and holidays, to make sure everything is flowing smoothly.
