Implementation of the Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMB) will be gradual over the next two years with the first phase starting in May 2009. The first phase of the IMB provides tracking and ancillary services options for customers at no additional charge. Price incentives for using the IMB will be announced by the Post Office later this fall. We will keep you posted as updates occur.
