West Press is an employee owned commercial printing company looking for upbeat, forward thinking individuals to join our Large Format Team. Requirements for this position include but are not limited to:
- Operate wrap tools (squeegee, application tape, torch)
- Experience cutting and weeding vinyl
- Installing vinyl and rigid signage in simple and complex applications both interior and exterior
- Complete installs in a professional and timely manner; on-site customer service is a MUST
- Demonstrated ability to trim vinyl on-site; mistake free
- Removal of vinyl graphics/adhesive without causing damage
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, site plans and mockups approved by customer and ensure produced graphics match
- Assess difficulty of project and foresee potential mistakes which may occur
- Ability to operate power tools and installation related materials (screws, anchors, silicone, and additional hardware)
- No fear of heights
- Willing and able to help other team members with shop projects and duties
- Vehicle wrap experience a plus
- Large format printer operation a plus
- Clean driving record

Full-time Monday – Friday
Occasional overtime and weekends
